Blue and Gold Banquet

Blue & Gold Banquet

Pack 9367

Most Cub Scouts celebrate Scouting Anniversary Week in February with a “birthday party” called the Blue and Gold Banquet. In nearly all packs, the blue and gold banquet is the highlight of the year. It brings families together for an evening of fun and cheer.
The purpose of the blue and gold banquet is to celebrate the pack’s anniversary, thank pack leaders and other adults who have helped the pack, and inspire the leaders, Scouts, and parents.
The pack invited former members and other Scouting leaders to take part in their blue and gold banquet. It was a night filled with fun, games, food, awards, friendships, and dedication! Check out the link below to see photos from the night!

Twin Cities Women’s Choir

We had the honor of photographing a VERY talented group of individuals. The Twin Cities Women’s Choir was accompanied by the Irish band “The HiBs” for an incredible evening of entertainment.
The TCWC is a diverse women’s choir that sings, performs, and affirms the voices of women. Their mission is to strengthen individuals and communities through singing, collaborating, touring, commissioning music, recording, and using technology. If you would like more information, or to find out when & where they will be performing next, visit www.TwinCitiesWomensChoir.org

Family Fun Night

Photos are up from the Sunnyside Family Fun Night

Let the blogging begin…

Recently, I have been asked numerous questions from, ‘What type of camera do you use?’ to ‘How did you start up your own business?’

My solution to these questions (and take it for what it’s worth) is to start a blog.  Now, keep in mind…this is all my opinion and the way I have done things.  This may or may not be right for you.  The only experience I can speak of is my own.  I would like to take this opportunity to not only share what I have learned, but to also show that I am continuing to learn…every day, and that is how it should be.  We, as photographers, must always push ourselves and raise our own expectations.  That being said….

Some of the things we will cover include camera gear, lighting, techniques, posing, post processing, starting a business, marketing, and numerous other topics.   Check in daily!

I am always open for questions and/or discussions.
